A growing marketing and creative agency in the Fargo area is hiring a Website Designer to lead their web department. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build and manage websites while overseeing a team of 3. You’ll work across both front-end design and back-end development, with the autonomy to shape how the department runs and evolves.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong WordPress experience (themes, plugins, site builds)
- Ability to handle both front-end (UX/UI, responsive design) and back-end development
- Some leadership or mentoring experience
- Comfortable managing multiple projects
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern web workflows
- Solid understanding of website performance and SEO basics
